All the weeks of the year 2011 are offered with the following discount: if you rent now you will have the possibility to rent for season 2011 at the same price as the 2010 season. THE ESTABILISHED PRICES REGARD ONLY THE RENTAL OF THE VILLA FOR 16 PERSONS AND THE WEDDING ORGANIZATION FEE.

The above prices include:
Water, gas, electricity, bed linens and towels, including pool towels, mobile telephone rental, laundry service. Cooking services are available on request.

The above prices do not include:
Villa Baroncino offers Internet via a fast ADSL line for its guest ( 24/7) that can be rented on a weekly basis only for the all-inclusive price of € 20.

A security deposit for damages caused by the guests at the villa of Euros 500 payable upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon departure.

A final cleaning fee of €200

Central heating is available and local meter charges apply.
