Villa Baroncino has numerous options and can accommodate up to 49 guests. The villa is available for rent as a whole or as individual apartment rentals arranged in suites. See the apartment descriptions below.

On the weeks of 2009.
All the weeks of the year 2009 are offered with the following discount:
if you rent now you will have the possibility to rent for season 2009 at the same price as the 2008 season. The Year 2009 the Low Season will start 3 Jan. to 3 April, 17 Oct. to 12 December. The Mid Season will start 4 April to 30 May, 12 Sept. to 17 Oct. The High Season will start 30 May to 4 July, 22 Aug. to 12 Sept. The Top Season will start 4 July to 22 Aug.

The above prices include:
Water, gas, electricity, weekly change of bed linens and towels, including beach towels, mobile telephone rental, laundry service. Cooking services are available on request.
The above prices do not include:
Villa Baroncino can arrange the use of a laptop computer connected to the Internet via a fast ADSL line for its guest, the package (a laptop computer + around-the-clock ( 24/7) Internet connection) can be rented on a weekly basis only for the all-inclusive price of 40 (computer rental and Internet connectivity). A security deposit of 900.00 payable upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon departure.
A final cleaning fee of 200
Central heating is available and local meter charges apply.
Air Condtioning is available and local meter charges apply.
Whats nearby:
The towns of Tuoro sul Trasimeno is less then 2 minutes, Passignano sul Trasimeno is less than a five minute drive with restaurants and shops as is the superstrada SS75 that runs from Perugia to Siena.

Car needed: It is necessary to have a car at this property.
Closest Airport: Perugia 0.5 hour, Florence 1 hour, Pisa 1.5 hours, Rome 2.5 hours
Driving Distances: Tuoro sul Trasimeno 2 minutes, Passignano sul Trasimeno 5 minutes.
Superstrada Passignano Est exit 5 minutes. Perugia 20 minutes. Cortona 30 minutes.
Montepulciano 45 minutes. Assisi or Siena 50 minutes. Florence or Orvieto 1 hour 20 minutes.
Rome 2.5 hours.
English spoken: The owner speaks English and Spanish.
Heat: Heating during winter months is payable locally, and firewood for the fireplace(s) is included in the price.
Interiors: Newly restored to a high standard with tile floors and wood beam ceilings.
Kitchen: A gourmet kitchen, fit for a Michelin chef, lacks nothing at all. Very well equipped, it has two ovens and two stove tops each with four burners, plus a large fridge and separate freezer.
Maid: on request.
Meals: A cook, payable locally, may be arranged if requested at the time of booking.
Parking: Parking is free at the property.
Personal mobility: There are bedrooms on the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are also on the ground floor. There is one apartment disabled friendly.
Phone: Villa Baroncino can arrange for portable cellular phone to be available for use by its guest. Usage is pre-paid on arrival. Initial amounts normally 10 Euro. If you exhaust this amount, we will show you how and where to recharge
it.

Some extras are included in the price: firewood, one pool towel per client. Nicely furnished and landscaped grounds. 360-degree view.
Pool: Private pools. Pool opens April and closes on September 30th. One pool towel per client is

Road Condition: After exiting the Superstrada there is a short drive on a narrow paved road uphill.
TV: Satellite Reception - Italian, some European channels, and often with Sky News (British) or CNN International.
Views: 360 degree view that encompasses Lake Trasimeno and its three islands, the surrounding countryside and the castle of Mount Qualandro.
Washer/Dryer: This property is equipped with a washing machines and dryer.

Please note that you must pay a deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days before your rental starts. The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail or fax, with a voucher that you must present when you check in.
